What happens at an Assessment Centre?

Our Assessment Centres are where we get a chance to meet you and see if you have the skills and behaviours we’re looking for. It also gives you the chance to see if we’re the right organisation for you.

You will be assessed specifically against the criteria for entry into the 2015 Graduate Programmes. Although you won’t be briefed on any specific exercises before the day of your assessment, we suggest you research Imperial Tobacco, and read through our website thoroughly so that you understand our organisation, and what we look for.

Start date

If you’re successful at the Assessment Centre, you’ll be offered a place on the Graduate Programme at Imperial Tobacco, and will be available to start with us in October 2015 at the latest.
