Frequently Asked Questions

I am not a recent graduate, can I still apply?

Our Graduate programme is designed to attract and accelerate the development of our future managers and we welcome applications from anyone who meets our criteria.

What exercises does a candidate complete at an Assessment Centre?

Our assessment centres are designed to enable you to demonstrate the key skills and behaviours that we are looking for as well as providing you with the opportunity to meet us and decide whether we are the right organisation for you.

You can identify and prepare for our assessment centres by reading our website thoroughly so that you fully understand what we look for in our candidates. When you arrive at the assessment centre you will be thoroughly briefed on the specific exercises you will undertake. There is no pre-work involved other than conducting research on us.

I am not a graduate; can I still apply to a role at Imperial Tobacco?

The Graduate Programme is open to graduates. Each of our markets and locations are always interested to hear from individuals who are keen to join us so if you are not a graduate please contact your local Imperial Tobacco office to discuss what opportunities are available and how you can apply.

When is the closing date for applications?

The initial closing date for applications is 12th April 2015 for Poland. Other markets may be different. We will begin assessing application forms received before the closing date so please feel free to submit your application as you soon as you are able to do so.
